Clean & cozy , nice staff , good drinks .

My mother and I have been going to this location regularly for almost 4 years and have had good experiences until recently.... Since we go so often to Starbucks we are gold card members and can get iced coffee refills for free. Well my mother who ischronically ill doesn?t like to be around a lot of people or get too cold or hot. Well my mother went today to this location ofStarbucks and since she was more comfortable in her car which was literally parked in the first spot directly in front of thedoor and maybe 2 feet from the outdoor patio area. She finished her first drink and because she ?left? the premises by goingoutside and not sitting in the cafe, they refused to give her a refill and was going to charge her full price for another icedcoffee. Well let me say that they have asked me if I left the premises and I was sitting on the bench seat in front of theespresso machine. I also assume that anyone sitting outside is going to be considered as left the premises. Well we have had itwith this location and we will be taking our money elsewhere, every since the current manager Brandi has been at that store ithas gone down hill fast, and she throws the biggest attitude and no costumer service skills at all! I typically don't go to Starbucks ever as I prefer local coffee shops but I never been to Suffolk and I needed to get some... coffee. Being unfamiliar with the area, I stopped by this Starbucks and I am glad I did! Very friendly service and the eggsandwich I got was one of the best I have had in awhile. The Pumpkin Cheesecake (I think that's what it was called) muffin wasperfect. Great way to start the day! Read more

This Starbucks location is an average Starbucks. The inside has a strange layout that is crowded and close to the checkout.... Service was fast. Prices are extremely high so be careful when ordering. Read more

If you have an extra 30 minutes to wait for what you ordered in the drive thru, this is the starbucks for you! This is by far... the slowest starbucks I have ever been to. Edit: This will be the last time I ever go to this starbucks location. I placed apick up order today and it said it would be ready at 5:28. I show up at starbucks at 5:24 and they told me my drinks were ready.I noticed no cold foam on either of my drinks and told the girl at the window. She said "Oh they melted into the drink". It'scompletely unacceptable. We pay more for these coffees and we get treated like customer service is the last thing they offer.One was supposed to have caramel drizzle as well. Just go to Dunkin. Newly renovated location. Feels very open and has more seating. Lounging area seat can now get wiped down after use ????. ... More room for staff to make that wonderful coffee and not look like they are on top of each other. Friendly staff. Greatdrinks. Efficient and timely in service. Google the location is open now.
