Today a Coworker of mine recently ordered two melts from the subway located at 1524 Hoand Road Suffolk VA. 23434. After... returning back to work we noticed that the subs were not correct with the ingredients requested and looked horrible as if theywere just thrown together. Two calls were placed to the establishment where one resulted in The MANAGER 'LIZ" hanging up on mycoworker because she requested cooperates phone number due to "LIZ" being RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and displayed POOR customerservice. A second call was placed in which "TAMMY" assisted manager became DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE as well. PLEASE BE CAREFUL Ifyou choose to eat at THIS subway! THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The ONLY reason they received 1 star is because the sitewould not let me post this unless I picked one... Ordered online PayPal paid them got to this location and my order was not received. Not only am I out my money they refused to... give me my order after I showed them the transaction on Paypal. Worse part is the manager didn't care at all. She wouldn't giveme contact info for customer service or the owner of this location. When i got there they didn't have have my sandwich ready sitting on pick up stand it was by the microwave. When they did hand me... the sandwich it had no cookies in it. The girl said it didnt have cookies until I showed her the receipt. I responded " oh youhand me a sandwich without reading the receipt. Upon lea ing the store I notice the sandwich was ice cold. Not busy, very wet and extremely dirty floor. Chips on front rail display not stocked, and dirty. Very nonchalant staff. Only... left two stars because atleast the bathrooms were clean, and the girl stopped herself from touching the cookies when trying toget them to fit in the container. I have never been disappointed in any Subway I have been to. I am amazed that each restaurant I have been to has a unique... quality to it. I'm not sure what the guidelines for hiring are , but everyone I have been to makes me feel that I have eaten ahigh quality meal. As I enter I am warmly welcomed. Bravo , Subway! Read more
