I remember tropical smoothie being faster than this. Does anyone recall? At any rate my thirst gives them a 5.

It?s 2:29 pm. It took 30 minutes to get one smoothie. One of the girls that was working had NO idea what she was doing. The... other was doing all of the work. BAD BUSINESS. I live in Riverfront. I visit this location approximately once a week. Today while what I assume is a relative of... the owner made my smoothie. I asked and paid for xtra honey. I asked for more honey. She explained that it only comes with ateaspoon? She debated with me and poured the honey out instead of adding more. I came to this location yesterday (March 21, 2021) with my mom and we were not greeted upon entering the store. The cashier was... not polite nor welcoming. I had to ask her if she was ready to take my order (receipt indicates Johnteja took my order). After Iplaced my order I noticed an off duty manager named Jasmine was in the food prep area with her mask down, not covering her noseor mouth. So, I asked her to cover her nose and mouth as she is in a food prep area. She did oblige, but only because she knew Iwould not let it go. My mom felt so unwelcome and that health codes were not being met that she did not order. As a manager sheshould be leading by example, whether on the clock or not. She should also be mindful of the perception she is giving off tocustomers. How often is she doing this? Who else is doing it and not being held accountable? I ordered a humus veggie wrap andit was also not made correctly. I will not return to this location due to this. It is clear that management is not concernedwith upholding health mandates and ensuring customers feel safe in how our food is being prepared and that customers feelwelcomed in the establishment. 10/13/2020 @820 PM Went to the Tropical Smoothie in Harbor View and the young lady working was apparently rushing to complete my... order of a Blimey Limey and Bahama Mama, because the Bahama Mama was not made correctly. It was more like a iced slushy than asmoothie. It was not good and ended up throwing it in the garbage. She was even offered a tip (which she rejected with anattitude) for taking the order so close to closing.
