The individual working the counter, was barely competent enough to do the job. They responded very little to us when we... approached, and even stepped away as we got ready to order without saying anything to us. They didn't call back the prder toconfirm everything was what was asked for, and spoke nearly inaudibly when compared to the fans and kitchen equipment. The foodon the otherhand stands out on the upper echelon of Wendy's locations, with wondefully crispy fries. And a grilled sandwich thatwas on point. I love Wendy's but I'm so tired of coming here and 9 out of 10 times their frosty machine is down for one reason or another . ... It's ridiculous. Take the frostys off your menu if ur too lazy or don't want to serve them. Wendy's is supposed to be known fortheir frostys and it's next to impossible to get one here. Read more
Gross.. The manager was yelling at one of the employees at the register when I came through the drive through. They forgot my... drink, fries. Burger was lukewarm and they left the onions and tomatoes on the salad that I asked to be remove. And I actuallyliked Wendy's.. They're just going downhill Read more
6/10/22 @ 5:55pm ordered a kids meal get to the window and they have my total for two so when I say no it was just one. The... young lady sighed loudly and shut the window and said something. I sat there for a few seconds. Instead of putting energy intofixing the issue she?d rather sigh and roll her eyes. Smh management please do better that type of attitude shouldn?t be FOH. Read more

Four times in a row items were missing from mobile order. At least I checked food before going home. Mo atmosphere in a drive... through. Employees do not seem to care if orders are correct. Time to try somewhere else. Read more
