I normally do not write reviews on fast food joints unless its amazing or completely horrible. This is by far the worst wendys... i have ever been to. I have dined in, take out, and drive through. I have only had 1 sandwich here that tasted like the one on aprior visit. Jbcb. The reason I decided to write this one today is about bacon. I often request bacon be added to my burgers ifthey do not already come with it. Besides waiting on this particular sandwich for almost 20 minutes, they did not put the baconon it. But hey mistakes happen, right? So I go back up and request my bacon be added. The kid told me "bacon don't come withthat, nice try though". I just smirked and handed him my receipt to show him I added it and paid for it. He looked at me andthen looked at the cash Register attendant and asked if that was real. She said yes. He said I'll be back. After 5 min of himignoring me and working his line, I asked for the manager which promptly corrected the situation. Pretty sure I'll go to thehardees across the street from now on. Not as good, but way better service. EDIT: After paying attention to the rest of thereviews, I assume management does not care at all about the problems. I assume they just hope the namesake carries them by. Read more
For a brand new store you would think you would hire some top notch people. Well sat 8/27/22 I found out that this crew wasn't... the most energetic and didn't win the employee of the month or let's say didn't even deserve minimum wage for being there. Theline for drive through was 8 cars deep. We had a trailer so had to go in. Wow!! No one in line. Bonus as we thought. Ordered 2simple combos. Never got thanked, eye contact minimal. I watched as the cars went by one by one. After the ninth car I askedabout our order and they said waiting on biscuits. Well I said the 9 cars that went by got theirs obviously. Finally got theorder. Asked for ketchup. The manager passed us on to the happy counter girl who rolled her eyes and didn't even look at us whenshe held out her hand to give them to us. Not sure how she knew when to drop the packs. Very talented. Needs to go into thatfield because customer relations is not it. Or she just didn't like anyone outside of her kind. Unsatisfied won't be back. Wellmaybe a month from now after she quits it gets fired. Time will tell. You can't give a zero. Shame because they deserve one. Read more
Our meal was pretty good. Again, customer service is a must. They did very good. I interacted with 3 different employees. All... three spoke to me. I'll go back just for that reason. Read more
Poor experience here, I ordered a Chocolate Frosty®-ccino an they sold me a regular iced coffee. I expressed that it was not... what I ordered an they began lieing to my face, I just left an will not go back. Thanks Emily #3011???????? Read more

Took way too long to get my food considering there was one person sitting down already to eat and no one in the drive through.... No one seemed to have any idea what was going on, and I didn?t get my credit card back until several minutes after my food washanded out. Everything I ordered was correct though, which is always a nice surprise these days. Read more
Best food in town! And pleasant drive thru operators! So sweet! Fast too and food was great!
