Employee at window didn't give back correct change. I was very polite while pointing this out. No big deal but then I saw him... making my sweet tea. Why was he pouring sugar in my tea and stirring it with a straw he had been holding in his hand. That wasjust weird to me. I couldn't bring myself to drink it. I just dumped it out. I ordered the chicken tender dinner & it was nasty. The grease needs to be changed in that place cause you can taste it. The... chicken had very little Chicken on it. It use to be served with gravy not ranch dressing. The toast was flat & brunt. And it wascold. Read more
I just had a terrible experience at this Sonic. The drive-thru person didn't take my order for about 8 minutes. I ordered a... number five with onion rings and Coke to drink medium size mozzarella sticks and a medium chocolate M&M blast. I get to thewindow after a few minutes comes to get my money $21.87 at that time I reminded her that the M&M blast was to be chocolate shesaid okay. She never gave me my change out of $21 she did not give me a receipt. She brought me my Coke and what was supposed tobe my chocolate M&M blast, immediately I noticed it was Vanilla so I handed it back to her I watched her go put chocolate in itand mix it up and then she brought it back to me. I said thank you. I took the lid off the what was supposed to be chocolate M&Mblast, took the spoon and reached down in there was no M&Ms?? So I tapped on the window to get her attention she did not come tothe window she said to somebody else in the store can somebody come and help this lady I ain't got time for her. So a maleemployee came and talked to me at the window I explained to him there was no M&Ms at all and told him he could take the spoonreach down in there there's no M&Ms he said he would be happy to make me a fresh one. She finally came over to the window withmy food while he was still making my chocolate M&M blast she gave me my food I asked her what her name was she said her name wasMelissa I said okay thank you. Then while I'm sitting there waiting to get my blast she goes out the door to the car behind meand tells them that she apologizes that the person in front of them is being difficult, with her food order referring to me. Hername is Melissa she has pink and red hair and she was doing the drive-thru on Friday the 14th of October. I will drive clear to23rd Street to that Sonic for now on. Read more

Please check on your staff to make sure they are properly trained. I'm really trying to not be rude but I just experienced the... worst customer service at this location. I thought I had a pretty simple order, I was pleasant and patient with the persontaking my order. However, we received the wrong shake(which was not even blended, all the cookie was on the top) no dip for thecinnamon stix, and the coney was disgusting and not fresh. The worst part of it all was having unresponsive service. Nogreeting, no thank you, not even eye contact. I didn't even get a chance to correct my order before they slammed the door as Iwas talking. Order comprised of a sonic blast, a cherry slush, and two pretzel sticks. Waited for AN HOUR to receive my order (pick up time... was 1:50pm, did not receive order until 2:50pm). Ultimately requested a manager as I was growing impatient. Manager told me Icould leave if I was angry. I demanded the items I paid for. Pretzel sticks were received burnt and inedible, Cherry slush hadno cherries, only stems, blast was not mixed properly and was lacking oreo pieces and was melted when I received it. Ordered 4 slushes and they took about an hour to bring the drinks out to me. Could've gotten a drink sooner if I had gone down... to an arctic pole and shoveled my own snow into a foam cup. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of coming to this location, alongwith many unlucky others. Save yourself and your loved ones from this location, for you'll be stuck waiting for eternity. Read more
I got the garlic butter bacon burger and it was great. I always love the tater tots especially when they are hot and ready! Only... think better is getting a blast with some Reese's peanut butter cups in them. Read more
