I've only ever ordered via the drive through here. I run rc cars at a public bmx track near here and on my way home, I'm usually... starving and out of water. Getting a bootlegger club and large lemonade always hits the spot for my drive back home in Dekalb.Their lettuce always tastes clean and the sandwich is done as ordered with pleasant people taking the order and giving you yourfood. Item I ordered was very different from previous orders of the same item. Really disappointing. Won't order it again.
Bread was rock hard. No way was this bread fresh. Called to let them know bread was rock hard. Manager informed me they were... busy so she knew bread was fresh. Even the extra sauce did not soften the bread. What a waste of $9.02 for a rock hardsandwich. Read more
there is hardly any food options in sugar grove so inget stuck with jimmy johns often. and they ALWAYS mess up my sandwich. it... isnt complicated either! but they always either put mayo on (my only specification- no mayo) or they dont put something on thatthey were supposed to. and when theyre out of capicola they dont tell you they just put extra of the other meat and still letyou pay for a multi-meat priced sandwich. also today my bf got a turkey sandwich and there was seriously almost no meat on it,and the meat that was was like the clumped up edges of the turkey. i asked him if they were rude bc this is ridiculous! justlook at that sandwich i posted pictures of. anyways, this location is unable to do their very easy jobs so i thought id share toprevent other people from wasting money. and if the owner or manager is reading this- do better! dang! The staff there was super friendly! The service was fast and the food looks and tastes fresh! The bread was not stale and seemed... warm as if it just came out of the oven. I would recommend this sandwhich shop to anyone looking for a quick healthy meal. Read more
Not sure what has changed in the past few months but they are NOT fast. And the bread has been really dry.
