Went to return Amazon packages and was told I needed to pay for labels and packages to return them. Which 3 weeks ago when I... came in to do the exact same thing I did not have to pay. If that is the rules that is absolutely fine. Even if you change therules weekly that is fine. But I do have a choice to use your store or not. And it is my choice to leave and not buy apackage. She got mad at me because she printed my labels for ?nothing.? Why didn?t she tell me before she printed them that Ialso have to pay for a package? I still don?t know. I still don?t know why I am not allowed to leave and get my own package. ButI do know that she told me that I should go to Yorkville Ups instead of coming back to Sugar Grove. Why someone would get thatmad about a piece of paper is beyond me. Read more

I've used this store often for domestic deliveries and never had a problem...however, I needed to have important "closing"... papers delivered "next day" to Nova Scotia, Canada, but was told they couldn't do that. The earliest they could get it to itsdestination would be in 5 days. Paid the $45..... Per the tracking notifications, it somehow ended up in British Columbia,which is the opposite side of Canada from where it needed to be. My package arrived at its correct destination after 20days!!! Seriously...UPS??? Was it the stores fault? ???? Probably not...I checked the address on the label and all was correct. I certainly won't be using UPS for important matters again. Read more

Needed to return 4 pieces of equipment from DIRECTV. Went into the store and the Staff was very friendly and nice. They said... that they work with dIRECTV on returning equipment. So they scanned my equipment and gave me a reference number and a copy ofthe 4 equipment serial numbers. They said that?s all I need and that they?ll box up and ship at a latter time. A month laterdIRECTV only received one piece of equipment and want to charge me for the other 3. So I call the store for the tracking numbersof each peace of equipment. The young girl that answered was not very friendly and not very helpful. She told me that they don?thave tracking numbers. I said why not, and that I had a reference number that you gave me a month ago. She said there?s nothingshe can do and for me to to call DirecTV. With whom I just got off the phone with for two hours. And they wanted trackinginfo. This place might just have 1 bad apple but they should have tracking numbers recorded if they box and shipped an item. Read more

Had an Amazon return and was in and out under 4 minutes. Very kind and helpfull staff. Highly reccomended!
