Reviews for Apparition Brewing in Sugar Hill, GA
Absolutely perfect Date Night! Will return! Spirits were smooth & beers were full bodied. Food was a wonderful gastronomic find!
Dropped in yesterday afternoon to check this place out and have some appetizers and $5 beer with our friend from out of town. ... They were so nice there and the fried pickles and pretzel bites were good! We will definitely be back! Read more
I had a great time hanging out with friends. The menu is basically German Pub style food but it goes great with Beer. There are... many types of German beers on a tap to select and you can watch the brewing process happen right before your eyes as all thebeers are brewed on site using traditional German recipes. Apparition Brewery is only 1 of 2 Breweries in the state of Georgia. There is also a nice little gift shop inside. Great vibe and nice place to relax and have a good beer. Read more
Loved it. Had their flight of beers, so between significant other and I, we tried everything but their Pilsner. Sour beer was... pretty sour but might try it again with an added flavor as I didn?t understand that the first time. Stout is amazing. Enjoyedall their beers. Had wings and fries, very tasty. Can?t wait to come back! Read more
Staffs are nice and cozy place. They have outdoor seating so it's perfect place to bring your kids and dogs
The Hefeweizen is great. Clove character is not overwhelming. The mouthfeel is pillowy and pleasant. My other favorite beer was... the imperial stout. I was told it was bourbon barrel aged, but I couldn't pick up on it. The alcohol warmth was very obvious, but it was 8.6% The chocolate in the bill was the star of this shown. Read more
Went to the brewery early in the day and had an amazing lunch. The Reuben and fish special were delicious. I recommend you sub... the fries for one of their homemade sides. Both the potato salad and cucumber salad were great! We had a flight of beers thatwere all good beers. Great place and affordable! Read more
The beers are terrible. I got a flight and the pilsner is sweet, the kolsch has a phenolic off flavor (think burnt plastic, I... couldn't drink it), the imperial stout is watery, and the dunkel is a caramel bomb. I would go elsewhere for beer. The servicewas good despite us having an obnoxious person in our group, a baby and a dog, so I added an extra star for that. The server wasmore patient with us than I would've been. Read more
