This place used to be one of our go-tos (at least twice a month), but our last 3 orders have been terribly wrong. Yesterday I... ordered two classic sandwiches and a mozzarella stick and a combo. I ordered a beef and cheddar only, the drive thru guy talked me into getting the combo....I had several errands and I live 45... minutes away...I couldn't wait to get home and relax to eat my BNC that I had been craving only to get home to find a plainroast beef. Their service has been great since my childhood! And the food is pretty consistent. It?s fast food of course, but it always... tastes good and does the job. I like that they offer mellow yellow too! And the fries are all so good and curly. I?m glad tohave this place so close to home. Read more
Where to start? I?ve always enjoys Arbys. Been visiting this chain since the early 70?s. Always loved the sandwiches and potato... cakes, which the sadly discontinued. Anyway, went to this location for lunch and got the 2 for 7 special. Buffalo chicken androast beef ranch sandwiches. Buffalo chicken sandwich was so sloppily put together and it was a mess to eat. They basically tooka chicken patty and quick dipped it into buffalo sauce. Laughably bad. The roast beef was just as bad. No sauce containers forthe sauce, customers we?re taking the drink tops and using those as containers. No napkins. Workers were all busting theirtails. Felt sorry for them honestly. Please Work on your presentation and keep the condiment station stocked. And work on yoursandwiches. Overall, I cannot at all recommend. Read more
