I am highly impressed to see the chefs skills. He created a Volcanic eruption. It was amazing. The food is awesome and cooked in... front of you. We can also suggest the level of hotness or spiciness we want in our food. It was a whole new experience for me. Ireally enjoyed it. Hibachi is fan for kids, lol. Boys all love the onion and squash Choo Choo Train show. Food is okay, I ordered scallops, it is... not fresh that we can feel it… Waiters and waitresses are good, great place for family party or team hangout. Hopeful this is for the Sugar Land location near First Colony Mall. No business is perfect. Food comes out wrong. A waiter's... service may be less than stellar. To Go orders take foreeeveeerrrr to come out. Honestly, all those things are "no biggie."Things are only truly bad when I find things actually in my food that shouldn't be there - finger nails, hairs, bugs. But atthis location, they've got some of the best customer service in the business. If something is amiss, they know how to make itright. Their manager Josue did an amazing job rectifying a reeeaaalllyyy long wait for a To Go order. He explained why my orderwas delayed (because of a large table order of sushi that went in ahead of my order). He did not offer a silly response like, "Well, it's Saturday and we're really busy. " He then offered a simple dish of chicken fried rice. Perfect! I waited another 10minutes and got my food. And it's delicious. The shrimp atop my sushi is crispy and the guacamole is fantastic. This isn't myfirst incident with the restaurant, but I continue to return because they're excellent with their customer service and the sushiis fabulous! Read more
Unique and fun dining experience. Perfect for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. Staff is friendly and... attentive. Please note that there is cords contamination when the food is cooked, so if there are any dietary restrictionsplease make the staff aware of it. The seafood, poultry, beef, and veggies are cooked together. This location doesn’t servepork but other might. Better to check ahead of time. My friend and I have a biannual tradition here at this location for our birthdays. The facility, atmosphere, and service are... always top level. Don't even get me started on the food. They set the original standards for the hibachi game and continue toexecute at the level only they know how. Read more
