2.4 stars….5 stars for the online ordering process. Super quick and easy, and I love how you can track the order. 4 to 5 stars... for the delicious pazookie which was the Ghirardelli’s triple chocolate… yum! So where did it all go wrong??? 0 stars forthe deep dish pizza. So disappointing. It was all dough with almost no sauce and no cheese just lots and lots of dough. Ampleother toppings but it was just put on wet dough. We have eaten other things at BJ’s before but this pizza really turned usoff. Read more
I just left from BJ’s and I get home and my pizza has hardly any cheese on it. Then they charge me $28.50 plus tax for this... terrible pizza. Save your money and go to Pizza Hut. BJ’s I’m very disappointed in how you prepared my pizza. Poorpresentation and quality. I almost forgot and it’s cold. Read more
Food is always amazing at BJs. Love the restaurant. Only takeaway is it took a bit of time for a server to get with us. But... after that service was very quick and professional. Food was great! Read more
The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. This is our late night go to restaurant. Never disappointed with a great... menu! It was very bright and more crowded than normal. Went for Valentine’s Day around 6 o clock and for a table of two there was no wait. Food took a little bit to arrive but... servers were very attentive. Read more
First got here and ordered a chicken parmesan. It got corrected after a minor complaint of it being overcooked. My waitress,... Monica, was very nice, polite, and very understanding of my concern. She took care of it right away. Courtney, the manager,cooked my meal personally. It was amazing. I thank them for being so patient and understanding. I will definitely be diningthere again. Read more
Caleb our server was absolutely welcoming and helpful. He did everything to accommodate us even helping me taste a couple of... beers before making a decision. We ordered the buffalo chicken pizza which we was disappointed with as it wasn't very tasty andhad BBQ sauce on a few slices. My Mrs goes to the branch in Pearland and she said it was different to the one she had at thislocation. However we was hungry and ate. Later when Caleb the most kindest server came over and we explained he was soapologetic even though it wasn't his fault. He only let us pay for half the pizza and for my beer on top he gave us a desert onthe house. This was something that he didn't need to do but we was so humbled by his positivity and service. I would still becoming back to BJ's as it's a great spot to dine. We was just unfortunate on this occasion. Thank you for being so thoughtful.We look forward to seeing you again.
