We had my daughters' birthday party there. Awful service. I had to go get plates, forks, cups for my guests because our server... was nowhere to be found. I would ask for things and they would return later without it. I was the server that night. Although Ipaid for that service. They forgot the ice cream and were bringing in pizza without plates. I don't recommend the Sugar Landlocation. Terrible service. Don't waste your money here! Read more

The young staff they have at this location lacks initiative and a drive to show true customer service. They fail miserably with... attention to detail. All the tables are usually very sticky so I always bring my own wipes before I come here. Only reason why Icome here is because my niece and nephew like Chuck E Cheese. But the older the get, the more they will realize this exactlocation is the reason why Chuck E Cheese may shut down in Houston. Please fix your mess or move out of Houston. Your staff areall always on the phone and always get my pizza orders incorrect or fail to add a food order because they are too busy replyingto text messages or creating social media videos. The manager and staff here go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We had our daughter's Birthday party and they never... rushed us and the customer service was roped noch. This is the best Chuck e cheese in Houston. Read more

Great place to take your kids. They have a great variation of Toddler size games. The only reason I?m giving the 3 starts, it?s... because of the customer services. Cashiers have attitude and seem bothered when you are putting your order in. I told her I hadthe CEC app so that I could get the visit credit and she completely ignored me.
