Once my party got seated it took around 20 minutes before the waiter even acknowledged that we were seated. After taking our... drink orders we sat once again for 20 minutes before the drinks showed up. Fast forward to getting our for and drinks afterabout an hour total. Two daiquiris that we ordered at the table did not even have alcohol in them the waiter said oh I'm sorry Ithought you said virgin went back and got them remade but never took the other ones off of our bill. The food was just okay wehad to wait on our food for quite a while it was a little pricey for the quality. If you were looking to eat at a Mexicanrestaurant my suggestion would be to look somewhere else this is Americanized fast food tex mex. If you want truly authenticSpanish food then I would suggest finding a different Spanish restaurant. Read more
Chuy?s is one of my favorite go-to restaurants! Food is always amazing and all of locations I?ve been too over the years have... great staff as well. If you?ve never been, you need to go and if you like a little spicy, definitely get the Boom BoomEnchiladas and try a piece of one of the best Tres Leches cakes I?ve ever had! Read more
We love Chuy's but live in Pearland where there isn't one. So, as a treat, we drove to the location in Sugar Land. We were... seated right away but sat for 10-15 minutes with no server coming to our table. After my husband inquired, we found out that wehad been seated at a table with a server who had not yet arrived for their shift. I decided to try something new so I hopped in my car and just drove. Thinking of what was along my way I recalled the yummy... sauce that comes with the chips and salsa and decided to go to Chuy?s. However I ordered something I?ve never had there beforeto be adventurous and I got their chicken flauntas. This came with chips, dip and salsa at no extra charge. The sides wererice and refried beans. Everything was delicious! The service was good because their staff was attentive to my presence andhelped me with a physical menu when I couldn?t get my wife to work for the digital menu. Very disappointing with the options here for it being Tex Mex food.
