I went to the all famous great wraps and I have to say I was left with disappointment. I tried they?re all famous Philly... cheesesteak sandwich. Was it good, yes. But, it is only good as far as mall food goes. The bread was good but it had like thischeap taste to it. The meat was standard Philly cheesesteak meat and so was the cheese. Nothing special or out of this world.Their food used to taste a whole lot better back in the day but I guess things have changed. Service, was good. They took myorder and quickly got things moving. Their smoothie was also good. I got the island mango. The food also didn?t take too long tocome out. But for whatever reason, it was just lacking flavor and that wow factor. Plus, so many places around have popped up. Idon?t think they?ll be able to compete anymore with these new places. However, if you?re in the mall and you have the munchiesand you need something to eat, definitely go for it. Read more
I was in First Colony Mall and decided to pickup a quick bite while I was there. I checked out several eateries and decided to... try out Great Wraps. I ordered the Falafel Hummus Wrap and Ultimate Fries w/no bacon and added jalapenos. I must say that thiswas a nice little meal and a welcome addition to places to visit again. The food was alright, but I have one big issue. They overcharged me! I got the chicken finger platter, which was $7.99. I paid... them $20. They only gave me back $9.20! Even with sales tax, they gave me back the wrong amount of money. Read more
Enjoyable wraps & salads. You can order just the food item you want or you can make it a meal (you get a drink & fries). Limited... menu choices, but enjoyable nevertheless. You can pay by card (insert or tap). They?re located in the food court of the FirstColony Mall. And there are ample seating that are 6 feet apart for safety. I?ve frequented Great Wraps and enjoyed every meal Ibought from them. Read more
I only get the buffalo chicken wrap when I go, which is pretty good. I'm giving 2 stars ONLY because the employees REALLY need... to be wearing face coverings properly! ESPECIALLY the first person you come in contact with that's pulling your tortilla andusing the grill!! The dark haired guy in a black short today had his mask down to where his entire nose and lips were exposedwhile cooking my chicken. That defeats the purpose. This isnt the first time I've witnessed him wearing his mask like that ornone at all. Read more

I ordered a wrap like I always do and the total was $11!!! Are you kidding me?!?! $11 for only a wrap with no drink and no... fries? Their prices increased so so much, I used to love coming here. But now I'm never coming back, their prices areRIDICULOUS. Read more
