They total ruined their fried chicken recipes these years, plus, their price is high compared with other competitors. I remember... they have the best fried chicken as a franchise back then. Unfortunately, they are not doing a good job anymore and maybe never.Now if I ever crave for fried chicken, I would go to Popeyes or Church's. I have been coming to this locarion for some months now and a lot of the fast food places can get some pointers from the... employees here. Every time I go the customer service is great. They greet with a beautiful smile and give energy off as if theylove their job.....and they should! The food is always fresh and ready to go in a timely manner. The proportion of the tendersare always good and the chicken sandwiches are scrumptious. I want to give a special shout out to a friendly worker, Terrell. Hewas very nice and he displayed professional work ethics which let's me know that I have chosen the right KFC location to goto...keep up the good work! A lot of young people could use your energy! Hot and fresh. I rather travel to this location than the one on the southwest freeway. After 4pm you're getting stale tasting... close to cold chicken. I like hot and fresh chicken and here everything that i bought was hot. A plus yes hot is the key. Irecommend this Kfc and I will be returning. Keep up the great customer service work too. I am normally a big time KFC fan, but the popcorn chicken is a big rip off. 70% of it is batter.

Man. The service at this location has improved 10 fold. It's ironic that so many other chains have seen a decline in service and... this KFC has gone the complete opposite direction. Even the staff is training is polite and goes out of their way to ensure yourorder is accurate and all is well prior to your leaving. Food was all fresh and good quality. I normally fuss a little aboutthe original recipe being under done, but this location seems to have gotten it right for a mixture of being done and notdry. Overall a consistently good experience.
