Usually this place is a go to when my family wants to enjoy some good 'ole pizza. However, I was very dissappointed in how my... oldest was treated. Lack of respect from a young Caucasian female and poor customer service. My daughter said that she wasn'tgoing to worry about it and not go back but, I am mom and we are very respectful people and the young girl needs to demonstrategreat customer service and respect when working with others in a public place. My advice would be to send an undercover managerperiodically to see exactly how these young people interact with customers and also the young lady needs to be professional andrespectful or choose a different job! Don't be surprised if customer service is as basic as basic gets. We visited on a Sunday around 4pm when it was not busy at all.... They pretty much ask you what you want and that is it. This place lacks lots of kindness from their employees. I can't say theyare rude, because they don't even interact with you unless it is to ask what you want or when they call your name. The food isvery good ????, the prices are okay if you are an adult, for a children's plate it can be better to order a mod and share it.Take a sweater, this place is always cold. This was my first time going to a MOD Pizza, so I decided to try them at their game and fully customize my Pizza. Oh, man, it... was so good! I got a white sauce base with mozzarella and Asiago cheeses, chicken, roasted garlic, roasted broccoli, mushrooms,and chopped rosemary, with a pesto finish. Looking back at it, I forgot to get spinach, but that's my bad. Would definitelyrecommend and I'll be going back again! Read more
While the pizza was excellent as always, and I enjoyed meeting old friends at this location last night, I do feel moved to... complain about the drink selection. In the past this location has carried a modest selection of bottled beer AND at least onesometimes two beers on tap. Last night all they had was House Wine in cans and White Claw....GROSS. I made do with the winesbut I'm not a wine drinker and they were frankly kind of disgusting and tasted sour and made my mood equally so. Put a damperon what could've been a much more enjoyable evening with friends. I am going to explore other MOD locations in Sugar Land asalternatives if this is not some temporary glitch.
