Everytime I go to this panda express, this cashier is always there and she always ALWAYS has an issue with something. This time... i asked for an extra straw bc the one she gave me was ripped and she said real loud ?OH MY GODDDD!? And handed me the straw,these are screenshots from a video where you can clearly hear her complaining. She has no customer service at all. If shes soannoyed by customers asking for things like straws then go work somewhere else?oh wait maybe she hasnt found another job causeof her poor attitude. Smh Read more
Rude service. Will not return. It was lunch time and they barely even had any business (2 other parties aside from us.) Cashier... Didnt want to give us extra sauce when asked. Also I am pregnant everything makes me sick so i just asked to try a single pieceso i wouldn't have to throw away a full plate of food, explained why and was also refused a sample. My memory of Panda Express was way better than today's reality. After wanting to stop for a couple years owing to that fondness,... I did today. I was disheartened by the absolutely bland food and small portions. A mountain of tasteless rice accompanied 1/8cups each of Broccoli Beef and Kung Pao Chicken. I also got an egg roll of sadness. . At least the fountain soda was mixedright. The fitting cookie had a really nice fortune, so there was that. . The prices were appropriate for an airport. This wasa terrible value. . And yet, the drive through line was long, as was the line inside. Who are these people to eagerly await thisfood? Who am I to question them, since I was also in the line? This location is great, the proportion is about right, they seem to be stocked well each time I went. Food is as expected with... most panda express places.. cheap, tasty (mainly the sauce), fast, and filling. I like the super greens option for a low carbmeal. Read more
Terrible. Rushed service and won?t even provide a small sample to try what you are ordering. Don?t give any discount to nearby... company employees. Just rush service with strict voice tone. What happened to this place? Wonder if it?s a management change.Even cutting down on condiments, not even an extra fork in case you drop one. Worst, the portions are small, 3 shrimps and 2small meat pieces, rest vegetables to appear as it?s something. Would not restock the dish at 3pm?! This is the worst manage Panda Express I've ever been. Our order was placed online 50 minutes ago and we still had to wait 20... minutes to receive our food when we arrived. When we arrived, the lady at the front told us to wait 5 minutes. We waited moretime and asked again and apparently no one communicated about our order. If I can give this place 0 stars I would.
