Food is ok, but size a little bit too small
Went there for dinner on a Friday night. NO ONE WAS THERE. It had been some time since I was there and will be the last time... will go back. They took out their soda machine which was the highlight of going there since the food had never excited me. They now serve you on plastic bowls that gave me impression they don't want you to eat there. I understood why there was no onethere since I felt like they wanted you to get your food and leave!!! You're NOT welcome to eat here!!! There were fliesswarming in the restaurant which we were told can't get rid. The portion size is not worth the money so I always had to fill upon fortune cookies. They used to have orange slices yet took those away also. I should also comment they skimp on theingredients as my wife commented they left out some ingredients with barely putting in others. She had to ask for some of themwhich should have been in and was told others now cost extra that used to be in there. There is nothing about that place whichmakes me want to go back. If you want a take out place with mediocre food, go for it. Just don't expect to see me there. Read more
The service was fast and friendly. The noodle dishes are delicious and the portions were generous. The dimpling soup wasn't very... good though. The interior was clean. Self serve free refills drinks. Read more
I had not visited this location in a while. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and placed my order. My food came out very fast.... My kung pao chicken was made perfectly. I've had about 40% of their entrees and they're all good. Update - I tried to BourbonChicken and it was okay. Read more
1st time ever ordering from this location and ordered Uber Eats and it will absolutely be the last time. I ordered one of their... new special beef dishes and the beef was raw! I was so grossed out I couldn't even enjoy the food and was even hesitant to letmy girls finish their food. They obviously are not making sure everything is cooked through. We also ordered the chicken eggrolls and they were so soggy and over fried. I'm so sickened by this Pei Wei. They really try hard with their commercials andit's so sad that the employees let it go to garbage. Read more
Before I get into my review, I want to preface it by saying that I really love PeiWei. That said, this location has gotten oddly... bad over the last several visits. This time was the worst, and I have to say it appears to be all about the staff. The youngwoman that took our order had the attitude that she'd rather be any place else. Out order was messed up (as were the orders ofseveral other customers in the short time we were there.) The place was just dirty. The floors were sticky and most of thetables were dirty. The staff would come and clear the table, but never wiped them down. The area where the tea and fountaindrinks are was a mess. The entire place just felt dirty and unkempt. When the food came it was just not the same experience weare used to. My daughters order was just wrong. Mine was a pile of rice and a little bit of beef, and the Kung Pao chicken in mywife's bento box was unbelievably salty...all of which are unusual for the restaurant. Our Family decided to have lunch at Pei Wei in Sugarland, TX. I had ordered a regular Mongolia with right. The flavor was very... good but boy, the food is salty. My wife and kids order spicy Roma noodle with shrimp and beef. This dish was spicy and salty. The price was average. We ordered 3 dishes and 1 drink and the total is around $35 dollars. Read more
I've eaten here in person a number of times but this was the first time to order for pick-up. My items were ready when arrived.... The parking was good and the staff quickly presented my order. It was bagged nicely including with chop sticks. The food was hotand tasty. I will be back. Read more
