Updated review: While this location is still better than many other ones, it was kind of a pain today to have to drive all the... way back - when noticing they gave me a ?no mayo? chicken sandwich. Don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to after 4 consecutive times where I went where the pieces are laughably small.... I kept on telling myself that maybe it was just that day where the pieces were small so I'd give them another chance a couplemonths later but nope same result everytime. In addition, there was one time where the location was having issues with theirsystem being able to process mobile apps orders and a lady came in to pick up her order after prepaying without knowing this andthey showed little care and ignored her. She essentially lost her money and did not get what she had even paid for. Now I try toavoid this location as much as humanely possible and advise others to do the same if they don't want to feel scammed of theirmoney. I had issues with my coupon on the Popeyes app. It gives users 15 minutes to use a coupon after pressing redeem, but it had... disappeared within a minute after switching to my browser. I tried selecting all the options within the app to find the couponbecause I had well over ten more minutes to use it. I spoke to the manager and asked how I can pull the coupon back up or if shewould honor it, since she admitted that it is a fault on Popeyes side. No on both, said that it's a reoccurring issue with theapp. I FOUND A FIX: Sign up with a different email address and sign in. I was able to use the coupon as long as I kept the appopen. The French fries were not crispy upon taste test before leaving with my to-go order, and they were completely soggy whenI got home. I took out the honey mustard sauce that I had asked for but they had given me a different type of mustard sauce,which was a spicy kind with horseradish. The sauce was fine by me but my mother cannot handle spice. The chicken was verycrispy and delicious. The young man who was the cashier was the best part about my experience. We were greeted and attended to immediately when we arrived. The dining area was bright and clean, with a fun, colorful decor.... The beverages & condiments were on a station in the dining area for serve-yourself & refills. The food was hot and enjoyable.The fried chicken tasted very good, as well as the Shrimp Po?Boy sandwich. You have a choice of sides (I like the corn or themashed potatoes with Louisiana-style gravy). We enjoyed our visit here. Read more
