Took 15 min to get 3 chicken tenders and a small Mac n cheese with no one else in the drive thru and 2 people ordering food... inside and plenty of workers. The server knew it had been super long and still wouldn't hand me the food and we silently staredat each other for 6 seconds until she finally asked if I needed anything else and I said no and then finally she handed me thebag. We are NEVER eating there again!!!!! We recently went a few times and one time was through the long drive thru line at one... location but this time we went here but ordered online for drive thru pickup and with nobody being there but the workers, westill had to wait around 15 minutes. This most recent time that we went, were told we had to wait 12 minutes and to go parkunless we wanted regular instead of spicy. If I wanted regular, I would've ordered regular. We parked and it took 6 minutes forthem to bring it out. You would say, "well, that's a good thing", oh NO it was NOT!!!!!!! Come to find out, it wasn't fullycooked and got everyone sick. We couldn't figure out why we were sick until we thought about it and realized we all ate the sametning for dinner and then went to look at the leftover chicken and discovered that it wasn't cooked all the way. How in theworld do you serve undercooked chicken of all things?!?!?!?!?!?! You're a chicken place, you're supposed to know how to handleand prepare chicken. I'm just glad that nobody had to go to the hospital but I lost the money that we paid for the chicken (weonly ordered chicken and no sides) which was $32.46 and the gas money to go pick up what made everyone sick and to sit in theparking lot and wait. They didn't even include napkins, everyone knows you need napkins when you eat fried chicken or anycondiments but it's whatever, we don't have to worry about them anymore since we'll be going to KFC from now on. Food was good and you could tell (from the drive thru) that they actually cook their chicken fresh. Thank you for the fresh... tenders, it made it easier to feed my hubby fresh from the hospital. Read more

I went there today, and it was absolutely disgusting. All the chicken tenders were cold and rubbery. The fries were disgusting... and had that old taste. When I called to complain nobody answered the phone. I have continued to call from 12:45 (when I gothome after ordering my food at 12:40) till they closed. This Popeyes is a joke. Other times when I have gone through there, theywould tell me oh its 15 minutes because they had absolutely no chicken. I will be calling corporate tomorrow!!!! My family frequently comes on Tuesdays to get their fried chicken when they have specials. Popeye's has some of the best fried... chicken around. I also recommend their cajun fries and mashed potatoes. Read more
