Went thru drive thru during happy hour,never had the a bad experience at any sonic except this location,the girl in drive thru... It's hot, I am on a bike and wanted something cold to drink with a little shade. I pull up to a shaded stall to order and was... told to ride through the drive thru because there were no hops. Are they short staffed? That would help if I didn't re-park todrink to only have a car pull up right after me in a stall order and a hop magically appeared and another car pulled up rightafter. Neither of them were told to go through the drive thru. Yeah biker.. scary. I'm a 4 ft 10 female. Not scary at all. Service is just not good. Sat at drive through for ten minutes before driving up and being told the system was down. No note or... messaging that system was down. Just really bad experience. Chose not to order as the person at the window was obviously not ina mood to be bothered. Read more
ordered two strawberry limeades and one cherry limeade on the app it said to be there at 4:13pm we left the house and got there... at 4:13? we left our house at 4:06 to be there so about 7 minutes to make three drinks? nope waited another 14 minutes and gotour drinks at 4:27? turns out they made two strawberry limeades and one sprite? not even what we ordered?. and it took forever?.a waste of time. thanks. Worst sonic location around. It does not matter what time you go, the service is always sub par. This can be everything from... long waits to closing early. I would recommend calling before driving over to make sure they are not ?closed?. I have managedseveral sonic stores and the service and work ethic is appalling. I don?t know if it is a corporate or franchise store but Iwould never allow the type of food and service this location provides. Management and SOP needs to be reworked.
