Sorry, but I can?t put no stars. This place should shut down, and I am surprised that it isn?t. Like so many others have... reiterated by far the worst. The head office should shut them down because they are short changing all their clients. JesseJames without a gun. Everybody should go to the one on Hwy 6 across from the Chase bank. They have at least double theingredients , including meats, to these guys and their friendly. I am going back. Not the roast sandwich I wanted. Hardly shy roast or cheese. Mostly Lettuce. I was upset because the night before I order on... line at 8:00 P.M. and the sandwich was suppose to be ready at 8:38. I went a little before nine and the worker was locking upthe doors. She said they were closing early. I was upset because she had not even made my sandwich or call me. Nothing. Shesaved the Receipt and tell me if I come back the next day that I would get my sandwich well I would hope so because I paid forit! Today the sandwich was picked up and made with Harding any beef or cheese. Jersey Mike's is across the street so couponfor Subway will not be used. I would rather pay a little more and be able to have beef and cheese and two meals. Read more

Employees seems nice but that alone is not enough to be good. Have had 2 bad experiences ( out of 4 times) so it's 50% bad.... Hence thought of adding a review. First time I got a status that sandwich is ready for pick up but when i went there I was madewait for 10 minutes since they were busy serving others and then told me that they ran out of bread. And this time it was readybut it was not what I ordered. I found out after I went home and had to go back to get the right one. Spent 40 minutes doing allthese :( These mistakes can be avoided. I live just down the street and I want to go here so bad but there is just too much wrong with this establishment. I will be... surprised if they exist a year from now after all the work in the adjacent neighborhoods are complete. They close at randomtimes well before hours. If you do come in late they will tell you they have no bread. They will scrape you out the bottom ofthe lettuce before just opening a new one. One or two of the people that work regularly do not have the best curtesy. Thisplace is just super strange all the way around. I told my wife today I am not longer going here no matter how convenient it is. This place is just horrible whether they have the ingredients, if they are open, or if the person talking to you actuallyconveys what you are asking for. Usually there is always 1-2 of those three missing which honestly is just weird for a subway. I really wanted this place to work since I live less than a mile a way. Just like all the other reviews say, it's just awful. 1-2 pieces of any ingredient you ask for, asked for a little bit of mayo... and watched them unscrew the top and plop down THIS much, then smear it into the sandwich so I can't even easily remove it, seeimage. Read more

Worst experience at a subway ever. The guy who was making our sandwiches was extremely rude. My mother asked for extra peppers... and he began yelling at us take it or leave 3 times. We did not buy the sandwiches but never in my life have I experienced suchrudeness at a subway. Subway advertises have it your way! Management really needs to do something about this. I asked for theowners and and the employees name. The employee would not give me either names or a contact for management! I would highlyrecommend not going to this subway. I ordered online and did a pickup. The guy working here was really rude. I have been to many subways and never experienced... anything like this. I would never go back to this location. First I asked that I want the sauce on the side and not on thesandwich as I was going to eat it later and did not want it to get soggy. He said they aren?t allowed to do that. I have neverheard that they can?t put extra veggies or sauce or give it on the side. The workers have too much attitude and are simply lazy.The management needs to know who they are hiring. I did an online order yesterday it was a foot long, cold cut with extra veggies the pictures talk for themselves only 3 of each,... imagine if I had order it with regular veggies and the ham omg literally I was just eating bread.
