I was treated very bad by one of the employees. His name is Christian. He was very impatient to answer my questions and outright... rude. When I communicate my dissatisfaction with the service, he started talking back to me and shouting. I should have read the reviews before coming here. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I came in during lunch hour. The... Hispanic lady made my sub, and she was very rude. When I asked to add vegetables and dressing, she looked at me with an attitudeand then had an attitude while adding the vegetables. I also saw her arguing with the white guy that works there. Came in today to order a sub before class, the Spanish lady was extremely rude and had an attitude when I asked her the type of... cheese is in the glass. The Caucasian man stopped serving another customer and started yelling at me about the types of cheeseas if I was incompetent, so I just said mozzarella. She grabbed a different type of cheese and asked if it was this one and Isaid ?no mozzarella? so the Caucasian man started screaming at me about what she?s saying to me as if I didn?t hear her. The worst Subway! Mexican manager is never in a good mood! I have been here numerous of times and she is always so rude! I?ve... even been here on an occasion where she was literally arguing with the Mexican boy about needing to be quicker while servingpeople in the line and he was throwing things, slamming the bread door, using vulgar language. Only reason I come here isbecause it?s the closest location to my job, but I will no longer be coming here! She doesn?t make the sandwiches right anyways.She piles all the vegetables in the middle and closes the sandwich and everything falls out when you unwrap it. 0 stars. 0customer service skills. I am fan #1 of Subways, so I visit different locations every time I get the chance. This is a very nice and clean... place!! Friendly and polite staff. Definitely coming again when around for Dr appointments.(which is very frequently by the way????) Read more
Gave me very little tuna, the least possible while still being considered ?4 scoops.? Homeboy made sure NOTHING went over the... top of that scooper. Absolutely flat. This location should be shut down. The whole staff is extremely rude, with the exception of one young man, especially the female... Mexican manager. Just read the other reviews and you?ll be convinced. They are stingy with the food too and it?s not as fresh asother locations. There are far better locations to spend your money with. Read more
