One of the ladies was very rude and chastised my co-worker because she asked for more black olives on her sandwich. This is not... the first time I have witnessed the poor behavior and poor customer service at this location involving the exact 2 same femaleemployees! I wonder if the owner ever has a friend or family member secret shop this store! With so many other restaurants inthe same shopping center competing for business, I'd rather drive to Jimmy John's for my sandwich than ever give this place anybusiness. Read more

Meal was great. Storefront dirty. All of the tables had crumbs on them. The floor needed to be swept.

I visited this location on 7/24/22 at 8:00pm. There was 2 employees working on that shift a female and male.As customers was... placing there orders another customer walked in to pick up an online order.She asked the male employee could she get someadditional veggies off the line.Then she pull out Tupperware from home which is a food hazardous.The male employee then filledup her container with lettuce,bell peppers, etc enough to make a salad she clearly wasn?t charged.This needs to be looked intopoor food service. I?ve never had such an excruciatingly painful experience in a subway not only was the staff extremely rude to every single... customer that was in there but she would yell at them and tell them how there was no more free food even though she hadn?t givenaway one free sub the entire two hour period between 10 AM and 12 PM like it was stated on the app. Then she would ignoreanything anyone else said and would just act as if you didn?t matter because you didn?t want to pay for something then she triedto kick someone else out because They asked for free food if I could give a zero star I would give 10 0 stars I will never gohere ever again and I hope that they get shut down some point in the near future Read more

I went in yesterday and there was a guy working there he had no uniform and he made my sandwich I told him I wanted to make it a... meal. But he charged me incorrectly and when then the other worker came to help me. And I would have still been there right if Ididn't leave she didn't know how to refund me or just give me the drink. I've never had a problem before but the level ofconfusion on her face mad me nervous. Read more

If I could give the Hispanic employee a zero star I would, I come to this location often and have never had someone been so rude... after being told that our sandwich would get cold since he had the person behind us skip us and then Trying to have next twopeople that had walked right in after skip us and at that point we had no choice but ask for a new sandwich since my chickensandwich had been seating so long and didn?t even show sign of steam coming from it when I had ask double toasted for a reasonbut all he had to say was if you don?t like it leave which was very unprofessional. I came to eat here today, and the food was good. So i did the survey and the lady at the front didnt want to give me my cookies.... She claimed i had to purchase something else even though i had already purchased two footlongs. So this other customer was atthe counter wanting to buy a drink and she offered to redeem my cookies and the cashier ignored her request. We had to tell hermultiple times to give us the cookies and this made me want to retract my ?Highly Satisfied? survey. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! Placed an online order and when I went to go pick it up there was a note on the door stating... they were closed due to ovens not working. I called and spoke with a man working there who said that only the manager couldissue refunds and they would refund by noon the next day. No problem. After 2 days and still no refund I called and spoke withMaria, the manager, who told me she was too busy and hung up on me. I went into the location to try to get this fixed and Mariaproceeded to talk badly about me in spanish (she assumed I don't speak spanish, she was wrong...). I told her I speak Spanishand only then did she try to get her supervisor on the phone, took my name and phone number. Still no refund!!! Read more
