The dine in was closed but I bet it was due to them being short handed. But since they were able to focus on drive thru the wait... time was very low. I was very impressed with how they handled their situation and kept the line moving. Overall it was a smartdecision. Read more
I've visited this establishment twice so far, I will not be returning. Both times I visited, the food I ordered was burnt(both... times).They over pressed it causing it to be burnt. I also ordered the nacho fries, by the way which I love ???? However thisestablishment caused me to not want to eat it anymore. How do you serve "COLD" fries with Hot cheese ??????????? I went to this location and the worker who was on the headset was very rude . She asked us what we wanted and when we started to... order she rudely said they didn?t have an item then we started ordering something else and she yelled at us to stop ordering soshe can ring it up then proceeded to make us wait for minutes without saying anything. I ended up not even getting my foodbecause of the horrible customer service that was displayed from the moment we drove into the drive thru. Never had a good experience with this location. The staff changes like every week and the food is so inconsistent. The spicy... potato taco was cold and had almost NO potatoes. The crunchwrap also had almost no filling. So disappointed. Read more
I live near this Taco Bell and have never had a bad experience here. After some Halloween-ing, I decided to get some food at... around 11:30 PM. Zain at the drive thru is the absolute most genuine night shift food service worker I have ever met, in over adecade (I used to work at Subway). Immaculate energy. RARE. MADE. MY. NIGHT.
