No apology, not offered any refund, just given an attitude when I brought it to the staff?s attention that they messed up my... order. I asked for no meat in my order due to religious reasons. Still found meat in my order and it was not substituted withbeans like I asked. No fire sauce in the bag like I asked. It?s possible the Indian lady had trouble understanding English (inthat case she shouldn?t be taking orders). I pull up to the drive-thru window and both ladies have to stand there and glare atme as if I did something to them? I understand if the staff hates their jobs there. I did not want to go in the drive thaw because the line was to long so I wanted inside I want to place my order and I was... standing there for 15 minutes and this young man I think his name was Christopher come up to me and told me to order at theMachine I told him I was paying cash and I don?t know how to work the machine he look at me as like he was upset and then walkaway without saying anything I stand there for another ten minutes and then I said hello can someone take my order he justwalking back and forth and then another young man said give him a minute and he will be with me so I waited until he was doneother 6 minutes and then he help me with the machine and took my money they had 5 to 6 people there and I hate that every inthere was not trying to take my order but the young man that help me out on top of that they gave me the wrong order and then aman came in saying that his order was wrong to so I called the store the next day and talk to the manager name v and she told methat they will replace my order I help they get better with some of the people there and get better at Customer service toacknowledge the people that walk In the store I hate going to this location that was my second time going and last time comingthere never again Read more

My last two years of high school stressed me to the point of psychological damage, but Taco Bell was always there for me.
This place is very disappointing when me and my family comes in to dine it?s teenagers screaming talking loud very....
