This place was terrible, my food took almost 30 minutes to get it delivered to plus was all cold., The worst part are the Men... Restroom are so so filthy, Dirty bad small, sticky/gross floor that you can see all tha dirt, etc on the edges of the floor,sink and toilet. I'll try to report it to the manager. Ordered food at the kiosk yesterday at 11:11 paid and received a text confirmation for my food. Waited way too long, then when... I went to ask about it, they said order never came through. I proved it was at their kiosk with my text and bank app. Theycouldn't get it to come thru. I called the bank but they said it would be 7 to 10 days to receive my refund. I only had a fewbucks more than my $15 order and they refused to honor the order. Spoke in Spanish back and forth between 2 managers and actedas if we were trying to scam them. Had to leave without my lunch. Still waiting for corporate response. As much as I love myTaco Bell, I will not be going back. Can't even honor my order or comp it. It was horrible customer service from 2 managers onsite. Just plain ridiculous. Had to file a claim with the bank for theft for investigation..they wanted me to make a new orderand pay again, but I didn't have the funds to do so. I had to wait 15 minutes till a cashier came and took my order their were five workers there, after me they were telling... customers to order their food on the machine they had there the food was hot and good,will not go there again the wait timewas 30 minutes all together. Read more
Been wanting to try TB breakfast! Went through the drive thru today; there was an employee standing outside saying where not... open yet. There was about 8 cars that drove out of that drive thru because they don?t want to open early. You see people want toget breakfast from there why not open at 8. I enjoyed a Chicken Power Bowl. This was a new item for me. I?m having to eat out more so I?m working on making healthy... choices when I can. It was tasty. The ingredients tasted fresh. The portion size was good and filling. The calorie count was470. The price after tax was $6.48. Read more
Pulled up to the drive-thru... all the lights are on, sign says drive-thru open... it was 12:35 a.m. ( for Taco Bell operating... purposes it's still a Sunday night). I'm ready to place my order but the person comes on the speaker and tells me that they'reclosed.. The sign says they're open on Sunday nights till 1 a.m... not sure what the heck is going on but hopefully the manageror somebody that runs the place will look into it because that's just bad for business. I can understand if it was 12:55am, butwe're talking 30 minutes difference. Thanks for nothing Taco Bell. I'll go spend my $40 at Whataburger instead. Read more
Clean clean clean nice and neatly condiments area. Very little waiting time for my order. The food tasted great.
