Vibe- This has always been the perfect spot to go to for a girl’s night, dinner date, or even a solo lunch. I haven’t been... to a Cheesecake Factory in years and I’m happy to see there are many vegan options on the menu. This location is veryspacious, there’s even plenty of outdoor seating. Customer service- Great! The only downfall was that my server couldn’tanswer specific questions about menu items :( Food/drinks- I had a sangria to start my lunch. I ordered the Korean friedcauliflower (not as sweet as I assumed it would be but good) and the cauliflower tacos, the tacos were ok but on my next visitI’d probably go with one of the plant based burgers. I was never expecting bad service from Cheesecake Factory server, I never received the complimentary bread and butter!! I order... flat bread with only chicken and I specifically asked not to put pork or bead but guess what I received it with pork and beef.By the time we got our dinner we didn’t receive utensils neither napkins. Had to ask 4 times from 4 different propels to getutensils. I had asked server to bring a cake to surprise my wife for her birthday but they bought the check without bringingthe cake! Now I usually give cheesecake factory 5 stars because anybody knows me knows I love this place. Well this experience was... different from normal. They totally brought me out the wrong food so my family was eating for almost 30 min without me n out ofno where a server drops me off a plate and it's wrong but I started eating cause I was dying of starvation lol. 3 min later myactual plate comes out n the chicken didn't look like parmesan crusted herb chicken or taste like it. The least my waiter couldof did was take it off my receipt n gave it to me free but nope I still got charged for it on father's day lol. Now thisexperience will not stop me from going to other cheesecake factories but I expect better. Maybe they will read this reward andsend me a free dinner reward for my next dining experience. Had been craving lettuce wraps for weeks & they did not disappoint. Next time I’ll order double chicken bc I always run... out. Korean cauliflower definitely a must try. The shrimp scampi & jambalaya pasta not so much. They were out of ribeye & two ofmy cheesecake options. But the server recommended Lemon Raspberry & it was ok but wouldn’t order again. Read more
I ordered a well done burger and got one that was medium rare at best. The manager offered another but I would rather go to BK... than eat anything else from this place. For the damn near $20 price tag, I could gave gone to HEB and got the fixings myself. Read more
Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp - a bit too sweet and salty. More chicken in the dish than shrimps. Disappointing! Cajun Jambalaya... Pasta - Very dry! Hardly any distinct flavor. Basically tasteless !! Louisiana Chicken Pasta - had to wait for the sauce formore than 5 minutes. Chicken was cold by then. Disappointing! I order a cheescake for pick up. (For a birthday surprise) . First I arrived on time at the scheduled time, wait 5 minutes and... decided to call, I have to wait around 15 minutes more. They bring the order. When I open the bag it was a disaster. Look at thephoto. No one should received a box like this. I was late so I decide not to argued over the mediocrity of the person who putthe box like this. That person see it and was so careless that don’t even change it. I know is just a box but presentationit’s important is the face of your brand. For the managers be careful with the people you hire. Is such a shame for restaurantthat have a good standing to have employees than don’t care about they work. I hope it was not a manager who did this! Read more
