We were in a rush and tried to get some breakfast at 7am because that?s what their door says and that?s what they advertise... online. But when we got there it was dark and the doors were locked. So we waited all this time and then at 7:59 am someonefinally walked in and then we walked in after and then they decided to tell us that they aren?t serving breakfast food. Ordered online for curbside today at 1:07. Order said to be ready by 1:17. I arrive on time, I wait for a few minutes, decide to... go in since it was taking a while. I go in, wait at the register. The workers did not even acknowledge my existence as acustomer. If they are busy, they should at least say ?give us on second please? like any other place. I had to ask to be helpedafter she took care of another customer, since she was clearly going to ignore me. I told her about me order. And she said theywould make it in 5 minutes. I told them my order was supposed to be ready at least 10 minutes ago at this point. So they decidedto make it now because I was clearly upset. I get my order at 1:32. I do not understand how it takes 25 minutes to make asmoothie, and I see that they just kept brushing off making my order during the time I waited to be helped. This location is kind of hard to find. There?s no drive through. I love their smoothies for their refreshing taste. You can... taste the fruit which some competitors may have more of a meal replacement taste. Their flatbreads are yummy as well. Read more
I am extremely sugar conscious due to family history of diabetes and following a keto ?lifestyle? in the past. I regularly have... to customize smoothies here. Today was no exception however I noticed right at the first sip that something was off. My smoothiewas extremely bitter. I took another sip. There was actually a soap taste! I decided to return to the store after work to talkto them about it. There were 2 young employees at the front and they were friendly and apologetic and offered to remake thesmoothie. I gave him the original cup with the label of ingredients. The store starts getting busier and I patiently wait for myorder. Then the older female who I actually ordered from came over to tell me that they don?t actually remake customizedsmoothies. She asked me what the problem was and was initially dismissive. She was going down the list of ingredients as if I donot know what any of them taste like. She left and came back with a blender with strange texture the other employee made, andasked me what I added to make it so strange. Um? I am not the smoothie maker?! How would I know why the smoothie they made wasweird? I told her I gave the employee my cup to remake so it should be the same as before. She remade the smoothie in front ofme and lo and behold! This one was delicious! I am giving them 4 stars just because of the young employees good customer serviceand the older employee honoring that the other employee agreed to remake it. My family & I enjoy this establishment. So many options and we have never been disappointed. Very friendly atmosphere. I really... like the bright open concept & every time I have visited, it?s always clean. We?ve tried many items on the menu (drinks &food). My quesadilla was pathetically small. Not even a half inch thick. The pieces add up to 1/2 of a 12? tortilla. When I asked... the server if this was it - hoping maybe there was a forgotten half, she said Nope that?s it. My kids? burrito and salad wereeach 4 to 6 times bigger in volume, and they each got a side. No side with a quesadilla. I?m going to go pick up a real dinnerafter I eat this little appetizer. Ive worked at a different location so I know you are supposed to fill up the smoothies at a certain point. Everytime I come here... they always have it under filled. The jalapeño corn looks like someone?s leftsover with only 2 bite?s remaining. Also theynever give me utensils even for online orders. They?ve messed up my food order twice already . Overall, what I?ve got from thisstore is they are extremely stingy with everything even though you pay full price and just don?t care about customersatisfaction. Read more
