I?ve been a total of 5 times and they?ve given me the wrong order 3 times. Management should teach their employees better.
Seems like the meat was cooked a long time chicken sand was like leather wife's hamburger was cold. Fries were good though
The food is always good to me at Wendy's, but on top of that, the customer service at this particular location is... spectacular. My 70 year old mother asked of they had senior discounts and the cashier, Jesse, mentioned that only for seniordrinks. Considering we already had drinks on our combo orders, Jesse went ahead and gave us a free frosty to help make up forit. Once we were already sitting down, I noticed Jesse helping and elderly couple by walking behind them with their food to takeit to their table. That was such a small simple gesture, that I'm sure made the elderly couple's day, just as it made mine. Weneed more people like Jesse! God bless him ???????? Read more
When you want to ignore the outside world and forget about your troubles, unfortunately Cheers is too far away. Instead, I took... my family to Wendy's to share a meal and a frosty. We arrive only to discover the ABC Jan 6th hearing is playing loudly on thestore TV and no one in the store could get the manager to change the channel. Everyone in the store had to listen to thebroadcast through a meal. It was loud, obnoxious and strange that a manager wouldn't put on anything else for anyone in thestore. How about maybe the Astros game? You could have even played Dallas re-runs! Read more
Best Wendy's around here. Food is fresh and hot. Inside was recently remodeled. Two soda fountains to help keep everything... moving. Clean in restaurant part but bathroom could use a little updating/cleaning. Read more
First let me start with how clean this restaurant is. As soon as I walked in, the manager, Nosh greeted me and asked me how I... was doing and how my day was. I walked to the counter to order and Nosh asked me if I had any questions about the menu. I'm abig fan of Wendy's so I was familiar with everything. I ordered a number 1 double meat and drink. Before I could finish fillingmy drink, my name was called and my order was ready. While it came out quick, the burger looked like someone took their timemaking it. In the history of history a burger has never came out looking like the picture on the menu. It was fast, hot, andfresh. This was a refreshing visit to a fast food establishment. Wendy's should be proud to have a manager like Nosh. I watchedas he spoke to each customer with a true sense of caring about their visit. Wow, what a nice lunch. Nosh and I spoke for a fewminutes after I ate. What a really nice guy. To take a few minutes to chat was impressive. The restaurant is the nicest wellmaintained Wendy's I've ever been to and I've been to hundreds. Please recognize Nosh and his team for doing a great job. I willstop here every time I'm in Sugarland.
