Never in my life would I do this review, but to warn people from poor service and tasteless effort in food, I could not let this... go. The food tasted terrible, and the toast was salty as hell. These workers don't care about their service or the food theyservice, and I've been to Zaxbys in Georgia, and their food is amazing and always very tasty and perfect. Here is awful, andthese people should go work at McDonald's rather than a beloved fast food chain that is barely getting recognition. All I askfor is decent food. Waited for my order for a while only to be called to the front and asked if I wanted boneless wings when I asked for... traditional. I said I?d wait longer for traditional and they said it would be a few minutes which turned to more like 20 min. Atthat point we had to go ask about the order and they said we would need to wait 30 seconds. After receiving the order one of theplates did not have extra fries and both plates were given to us with salty breads and no ranch or Zac sauce. On top of that Ibought three extra wing sauce and was only given two! When asked about it, their response was that they had filled up the twosauce cups all the way to the top. So what?s the purpose of offering curbside only for the employee to come to the car and tell me that I have to pick up my order... from the inside? Umm no ! Anytime I place an order at any restaurant or grocery store. The employees bring the items out to me.The toast was burnt and fries were cold. Was in the area & eagerly decided to try this location as my first ever experience with Zaxby?s. Long story short, my online app... order was lost in between the backed up drive thru orders.(customers were asked to pull over to the curbside parking by me & themanager had to go ?to the back to look up my order as there was no online order?) My order was expected to be ready at 2:45 & Ireceived it cold at 3:08pm. (In which i had to exit my car & retrieve it after staying they didn?t have my order) I asked forfresh fries at least. At that time the manager yells from the back ?the online order just came in) No one already there wasapologetic or considerate of my order. I will say there was a young short lady( blue shirt long black hair) who appeared to bearriving to work for the day or from lunch and she greeted me, offered assistance, & thanked me for coming as I was leaving. Placed order added a coke employee in drive thru asked and I replied several times I wanted a coke with the food and they said... ok but of course they didn't add it so purchased at window and was told told pull over and wait for my food and the black ladyat the drive thru refused to give me my drink whilst I wait as of now I have waited 10 minutes no food no drink terrible servicewill never return. Tried this place for the first time. The service was friendly and multiple employees greeted us. Lobby was clean and orderly. ... Food was hot and fresh. Will definitely be back to this or another location. Like how they offer different sauces for thewings/boneless and more variety than others. Read more

This Sugarland location is wonderful!! It was on a Sunday, and I expected it to be packed. Only 2 people were dining in. I loved... zaxbys ever since I lived in GA... So I took my roommate, it was her first time trying it. She loved it. She and I was impressedhow professional the employees were. I got fried pickles, the cobb salad and insane hot wings, which are the hottest ones.There's alot of things that aren't hot to me, and these cleared my sinuses. The flavor is the best. I could eat 100 of them. Toobad there isn't a challenge. Anyways... give them a try... you won't be disappointed... the food and service is A+. Read more
