Who ever owns this place and and there lil kid working the front should teach him some manners first how to speak to an adult
They may have good food but the lady that answered the phone and the lady in the background were very unprofessional. I stated... my name, the address I was located at and what menu items I wanted. I was asked if this would be delivery or pick up? I replieddelivery. There is no menu posted on Google maps. The lady on the phone instructed me where to find the menu online. While I wasasking about the flavor of the wings and pizza the lady in the background was saying the phone couldn't be held up that long.Apparently I was taking too long to order. I'm a truck driver, not familiar with the restaurants in the area, my first time inthe city and this was the closest restaurant to where I was picking up a load. I placed my order and I was told it would be atleast an hour. I called back 15 minutes later to check if the order had been started. Before I could state why I was inquiringabout the order the lady in the background can be heard saying "How are they supposed to start an order without having a nameand a delivery location"? After that was said I politely withdrew my requested order. I stated that information at the beginningof the call. The lady that answered the phone apparently didn't write it down nor did she communicate to the lady in thebackground that I provided my name and delivery location at the beginning of the call. Hopefully others will have a better, morepolite and more professional experience than I had. Read more
