The building rebuild looks great. The previously open outdoor seating is now enclosed with roll up garage style doors. Looks... very nice The menu no longer carries items they used to. The swordfish is a noteable causality. The food we had tasted good. Myfriend had the salmon on rice with a veggie skewer. The salmon portion was tiny for the price. Read more

All the food is fresh, well prepared and seasoned! New dough on the spanikopita was light like a croissant! Large hand cut... looking fries with feta on top were great! Flavorful bechamel in the mousaka. And that patty melt???? Read more

Amazing place to get food. I cannot pronounce almost the entire menu but it was still absolutely amazing. For someone who... doesn't normally like Greek this is the place I will go back to. The service was also outstanding, our server made us feel athome throughout the entire experience. Read more

Husband and I came here for lunch, we started off with the Tzatziki ($8.99) which came with warm pita and tzatziki, I wish there... was some mint in it but it was delicious otherwise. We also got Souvlaki Plate ($21.99 - $23.99) with beef with a side of soup,avgolemono, which was delicious! As well as the Souvlaki pita sandwich ($12.99) with a side of soup. The waitress was veryattentive, and even the owner of this restaurant came to say hello to us and told us the story behind the restaurant and how itburned down and got renovated on the inside. In the past I have enjoyed the Athenian grill but since the pandemic things have changed. The restaurant interior has been... nicely updated, the menu has changed and so has the prices. The staff is friendly and the level of cleanliness remains high. Iwill continue to frequent Athenian grill in hopes that it will find its balance between quality and affordability. Read more

Great little Mediterranean restaurant right on the Suisun waterfront. We had the fried zucchini with tzatziki sauce, falafel... plate and the fish and chips. All was delicious. The fish was sooo amazing, it melted in your mouth. Highly recommend. Bepatient with service as they are short staffed. Read more

First time at the Athenian Grill and it was really good! It's been newly renovated and is very nicely done. The bathrooms are... clean and modern and the patio area with the view of the water and boats is nice. The food was generous and fresh. Lentils werecooked perfectly as a side to my chicken pita sandwich. French fries with the Lamb pita sandwich and hamburger were justperfect. We got there at opening time but didn't have to wait very long for our meal (probably 15 mins). The staff was veryaccommodating and friendly. The food was worth the price! Read more
