I was very disappointed I had the slow cooked pot roast and it just didn?t taste right. I should?ve sent it back but I didn?t.... It also took quite a while/long time to get our food. I go to the one in Vallejo all the time and everything is excellent Imost likely won?t be going back. The service was also not very good.. The restaurant itself was dirty also. Our serve Elaina was amazing and very friendly we had an excellent experience with her. We were so pleased with the service and... food was delicious. Elaine went out of her to make it a pleasant experience after sharing our negative experience at a differentlocation. If you visit this location definitely ask for Elaina. 5/7/2022: The chicken tender cobb salad is to DIE for! I recommend coming here for the salad! Service was friendly and... accommodating. We'll definitely be coming back! 5/8/2022: Ordered to go. I ordered the cobb salad, but it was a littledisappointing. Take out is lower quality and had missing ingredients (like blue cheese and bacon). I don't recommend ordering atake out. It was just sad. 5/12/2022: I dined in, ordered the same salad. The salad was delicious without a doubt and a lotbetter than take out, but the amount of it was half the size as my visit on 5/7. The servings are very inconsistent. I'm veryconfused on what's going on. I'll try again in the future, but a caution to customers -- delicious food, but there's a bit ofinconsistencies going on. Absolutely terrible experience compared to the outstanding Vacaville location. Although the staff was kind, courteous, and... helpful, the restaurant is very dirty (dead bugs on the windowsills, food crumbs all over the floors) and the kitchen barely putour plates together. All five of the breakfast plates we ordered were room temperature cold. And I don't mean not warm enough,literally seems like they sat out for hours. Plates full of raw shredded potatoes instead of hash browns. The sixth member ofour group ordered a fruit bowl, which had red onions, cheese, and wilted spinach in the bottom. How refreshing. You can always count on this Black Bear for attentive service and plentiful portions! I've been to other ones in the region and... they have not been as consistent as the Suisun diner has been. The service was fast and efficient, as always. Portions werelarge and very filling! It's also pretty close to base & convenient to stop by for brunch/lunch! Read more

My friend and I went there and had a very wonderful Breakfast. The Host and waitress were both super nice and friendly !!!
