This review is for the app system not the store itself since I was never actually able to go to the store, for some reason the... app had put the wrong store for my order and I had gone through and paid for my order all the way before seeing that it was thewrong store, so I went to the app to see if there was a section to cancel it said to send them a message then I get a responsesaying that they don?t do refunds for mobile orders even though I never got my order at all and that they gave me 15 dollars onmy account where I had spent almost 30 I then Called the support number and was told I had to wait for the digital team to getback to me it took over 2 weeks for them to get back to me and still said no we can?t refund you but we did give you the 15dollar coupon witch again is only about half I spent, I would not recommend using the Bk app ever not worth and and they haveterrible costumer service as well very rude and you can?t even speak to the people who are suppose to help with your issue onlyemail. Just to cancel a order this is 2022 not like it?s hard. Very disappointing really. Read more
The food was cold! I requested a fresh burger. The drive thru staff was EXTREMELY rude and unapologetic. My replacement... burger was made incorrectly. I just left and through it away. Never will I visit that burger king again Read more

First of all the left the bacon off of my whopper, which is and extra cost. I was at lunch and did not discover this until I got... back to work. Second the Cheesey tots I ordered they no longer carried, which they did not tell me when I picked up my orderhowever I was still charged for them. When I discovered they were not in the bag I went back and was given jalapeño pepper bitsthat were cold. This Burger King did a bad job with my order all around.
