Did curbside pickup for the ADULT happy meals. Quick and easy. Loved it.
Tryed to complete a curbside pick up and it failed and had to pay inside. Staff was great, took food to go and later found that... my soda was was almost flavorless and bit into what felt like wood or super dry chicken in my fries. Bathrooms are locked electronically, but easy to get permission for. Overall leads to a cleaner bathroom. Fountain drinks have... been under carbonated the last few weeks is my biggest negative. Drive-through is often pretty busy, but inside is usually notbusy. Read more
If I can give 0 stars, I would. I?ve had on going issues with this location forgetting items that I?ve ordered through their... mobile app and just going through the drive-thru. I?ve sent reviews to corporate and completed surveys over this location andthis morning was the last straw. I placed my order at 10:15AM on the app, get in my car and drive down the street to pick up myorder. I went against my best judgment and went through the drive-thru. I finally get to the intercom and give my order code.I?m instructed to drive to the second window. I get to window 1 and the young lady with a tattoo on the side of her neck tellsme that she canceled my order. Mind you, I selected that I was there around 10:25am and gave my code at 10:30am. I wait untilshe?s done taking an order and ask why was my order canceled. She explains that once it hits 10:30, they no longer servebreakfast online. She didn?t offer to ring me up to ensure that I was still able to get my food. Just, ?I canceled it?. Whytell me to drive to the second window to pick up my food, then turn around and tell me you?ve canceled it. If that was the case,the app should stop taking orders at a specific time and the person taking orders should SAY that before telling the driver topull up to the second window to pick up their order. The young man working the second window calmly explained the situation,which made it a little better, but not enough for me to come back to this location to give them my money. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life I went there at 5:50 this morning drove from all the way across town... because I really wanted some hash browns I ordered a chicken McGriddle some hash browns and a coffee not only did they forget myhash browns I tried to call them they don't answer their phone and the cashier and the person who is taking my order wasabsolutely atrocious next time I'd rather drive to one of the other McDonald's and have to deal with this again I paid $3.00 fora hash brown that I didn't even receive and the customer service there sucks really if I can give them zero Stars I would onlygive them one because I have to in order to leave a review Read more
Been through the drive through twice. Both times I went they forgot something. 1st, how do you forget to put chicken mcnuggets... in a chicken mcnugget Happy meal?! Ridiculous! 2nd, they neglected to put the entire happy meal in the bag. Read more
Very clean and prompt service. Seems to be updated too.
4 stars because on a grade of fast food, it is good. The fries we got were cold but it's nice to have a 24 hour location
