This was the 2nd Dunkin I visited this morning with the same result. I arrived 10 minutes after they opened up in hopes of... buying a couple dozen donuts for my hard working early arrivals at work but nope! I was greeted with a ?we don?t have any donutsyet sir!? It should go without being said that if you sell one thing, then do that one thing right. I grew up loving Dunkin foryears! My experience this morning was horrible. The lady running the register was nasty and showed no customer service. I called my... order in prior to arrival and still had to order when I got there. The guy making the sandwiches burnt my crescent, and addedway too much bacon. I order every morning and the other young lady (Spanish) is always friendly and have my order ready andright when I arrive. The manager or owners need to provide more customer service training to their employees. I paid way to muchmoney for a sandwich and juice to be disappointed. ?Ridiculous ?! They don't carry old fashioned chocolate frosted cake donuts any more so, we are stuck with the ones they have at 7 eleven now.... But, the coffee is still good. Read more
Passed by and grabbed some coffees. The employees weren't very professional, and the coffee was pretty mediocre. My wife's... hazelnut latte didn't taste very good. We didn't have high expectations and that's what we got here unfortunately. Read more
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This manager is so RUDE I had to write this post I come in multiple times as a driver to do my orders and... she?s just insisting on causing me nothing but pain and trouble to start my day. Years ago.... I remember Dunkin ' making their own doughnuts in house....what happened? The doughnuts used to be sooooooo oOoOO... delicious ????.....now they taste like factory doughnuts...dry and hard with a I've been sitting for days waiting for someone tocome buy me taste......so sad ????????????......and gross at the same time.... okay leaving on a positive note.... The donuts were fine, it was the rude attitude of the cashier that deserves this rating! I actually greeted her good morning and... still no response! Typical of Maryland I guess, time to move back to Colorado where people are nice! Read more
