Ordered from here on Thursday for a teacher appreciation gift then the very next day on Friday my card was charged for over... $200. It's safe to say ordering from their site is not secure!!! Edit: After speaking with the owner of this location he dideverything to make sure I received my refund from the fraud on my account. I placed an order for which only 2 of the 3 items were delivered. I called to see what the status of the 3rd item was, and twice... someone picked up the phone and hung up. How?s doing such promoting your business? The lady then states the item was on thetruck, but why wasn?t it delivered w/ the original order? If I could give this location zero stars I would! I placed an online order for pick up on Friday. I called on Friday to see if... my order would be ready no one answered. Sunday I go in to pick up my order and I?m told it?s a 20 minute wait. I leave and comeback 2 hours laters and I?m told it?s a 10 minute wait. My rating is for the service not product. I ordered online a week ago to pick up 2 orders for Mother's Day. As I was walking... towardsthe place, I saw 15 people standing outside. The door was closed and I saw no employee directing or helping people. Ioverhead some people saying they'd been waiting for 3 hours to get their stuff which was VERY unprofessional. Their customerservice was so disorganized and unprofessional. By the time I got my orders it was 1:35 PM and incorrect. I had to tell thelady 2x what was missing. I ordered the chocolate covered strawberries and the box the came in was so nice! The strawberries were very sweet. Had rough start with the delivery due to the location being pretty out in the middle of farmland. But the manager Frank was very... helpful and extremely willing to get the order delivered that day. Luckily he got it resolved and delivered. Frank was by farthe best person I've dealt with in a long time in regards to customer service. If you want great service, go to this location. Read more
I placed an order at 9am for same day delivery. I called the store and spoke to Taylor to see if the order can be delivered at a... specific time and she stated she did not know when her delivery driver would be showing up. This was disappointing. Eventually,the order was delivered on time but to the wrong business, even though I gave specific instructions. Thankfully, the people whoreceived the order a few doors down were kind enough to walk it down to my boyfriends shop when they saw his name on it. Read more
