Worst big mac ever!!!! McDonald's should be ashamed, if the meat gets any thinner it would be nonexistant and the patty isn't... even big enough around to even cover the bun guess they need to decrease the bun size so people won't notice it as much. Justsad used to be an awesome sandwich. The staff at this store are the best!!! Always friendly and smiling and great at what theydo. Food was correct but cold. There was no greeting. They just handed me my food. I did a mobile order to speed up the process and... when I came to the window, they informed me the machine was down. On 12/4/22, I went here at around 11:45pm. While at drive thru, I attempted to place my order but the female Spanish lady was... the most unprofessional, disrespectful employee I?ve met while at McDonald?s. I gave her my code for $1 large french fry andhad to say it twice as she was busy talking to someone in the background and totally ignoring me. So, when I said hello loudlyshe said, ? Go ahead with your order. I gave her the code again and she said come to the window. As I tried to tell her I wantto order something else as well she totally ignored me and eventually responded and said come to the window. I, didn?tunderstand why I needed to come to the window and have my order taken as others where placing their orders. Not to mention,there were several cars in front of me at this point so I left. As I decided to leave and go to another McDonald?s, I triedtaking a photo of the rude female employee. When she saw me she laughed and walked away from the window and had a male employeeassist the customers and never came back. She is definitely a poor representative of McDonald?s and such behavior shouldn?t beallowed or tolerated. She need to be removed from the drive thru and not allowed to interact with customers. I, decided to goanother McDonald?s on Chavez Lane and the experience was totally different. The staff from placing my order to receiving myorder were professional and friendly. Read more
