Going through the drive through lady on the headset was rude and overall not caring. Get the food which was undercooked. The... piece of chicken I took a bite out of to discover this I ended up sick from. If I could give this place a zero for the horrible service I received today I would. I don't even know where to start. I arrived... at this popeyes around 9:37pm my order was finally taken at 9:46pm. Then I proceeded to the window after almost needing afront-end on my truck due to the massive potholes in the driver thru. It was like a maze potholes everywhere. Oh let me notforget the massive rats out back fighting in which I started to leave, but after a long day and two hungry kids I just prayedand left it in God's hands. So now it's 10:17pm when I get to the window only for the manager to inform me that they only havespicy chicken left. So she looks and ask if I wanted it, like at this point do I have a choice. I ordered a 2 piece with two sides using the app while in store so I asked the heavy set woman light skin somewhat about my... order she got irritated and said she need a 4 digit code. I couldn't find it so I asked the manger lady with the dreads about itshe said "what's the name I told her and she said it's right here baby" now she was very polite and humble thank you. Entered the store to take our because drive through was a nightmare "As usual". To see the manager with Dreads "No hair net or... gloves on anyone's hands". engaged in a full conversion with each other,that none of them spoke. The when the manager lady didtake her time to take my order. She say "Can I help you". Not "Sorry for the wait while we talk about the schedule". Just rudeand dirty! Customer service has declined terribly. Chicken over-fried. Hard and some of the meat was too dried out to eat. Will be avoiding this location!!!

The service is very poor in this location. The whole staff including the manager, ignores the customers, but makes eye contact.... Their communication is non existent when it comes to mobile order or door dash pick ups. I personally did a mobile order andasked about my order from 3 different people, 1 being the manager and each 1 continued walking never telling me whether my orderis ready or being made. I watched people come in and order and leave out before me, while i continue having to wait, without anupdate. There is too many employees on the front line for the wait or communication to be as poor as it is. The whole front lineon duty was rude, impatient and inconsiderate.
