We stopped @ Sullivan Burger King at 7:00 on Sunday,April 24. I got a ?big fish?, which was all dried up as if it was sitting... under a heat lamp for hours. My husband got chicken sandwiches, which were dry. The French fries were the only thing edible.Awful! Read more
Was great !! Manager girl really wanted to make the sale and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction unlike the one in Terre... Haute on 41 who didn't care to honor receipt survey reward because survey code was not available on one we got earlier in day inanother state..The lights weren't even on at said restaurant so people didn't even know they were open... I just went thru the drive thru and told them what I wanted and unfortunately they were out of the sandwich I wanted so I had to... ordered something else and I ordered onion rings and what do I get fries. If I wanted fries I would have ordered fries. I wantedonion rings. So apparently the person taking orders doesn't know how to listen to what people want. Read more
