Quick service, friendly staff -- we always get one order of fries without salt, and it always comes out right.
We stopped @ Sullivan Burger King at 7:00 on Sunday,April 24. I got a ?big fish?, which was all dried up as if it was sitting... under a heat lamp for hours. My husband got chicken sandwiches, which were dry. The French fries were the only thing edible.Awful! Read more
Was great !! Manager girl really wanted to make the sale and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction unlike the one in Terre... Haute on 41 who didn't care to honor receipt survey reward because survey code was not available on one we got earlier in day inanother state..The lights weren't even on at said restaurant so people didn't even know they were open... Sullivan IndianaBurger King will always be a stop off if heading to Northern Indiana or beyond.... I just went thru the drive thru and told them what I wanted and unfortunately they were out of the sandwich I wanted so I had to... ordered something else and I ordered onion rings and what do I get fries. If I wanted fries I would have ordered fries. I wantedonion rings. So apparently the person taking orders doesn't know how to listen to what people want. Read more
Love Burger King. Wish there was one where I live, but instead they just keep adding pizza places. So. Sick. Of. Pizza. ???? The... food was fresh, hot and better prices than McDonald's which I was shocked by that. Plus they get my food RIGHT and McDonald'snever does and half the time the food isn't fresh there in Robinson, IL. Can't wait to go back to this Burger King. ???? Ordered a bacon dbl cheeseburger and medium fry. Hard bun top. Bottom part didn't seem toasted. Asked for the fries to be a... little more done than usual because of other BKs mostly have them soggy..So hard I couldn't even bite into them. Disappointeddue to we were just traveling through the area. Friendly employees, but will not be back. Read more
Wow a simple order of a Double Whooper with cheese and another Double Whooper with cheese no tomatoes or ketchup. Condiments... correct but regular Whoopers. Last time stopping there again for some time. Don't care for HARDEE'S will go there next time. Read more
Why is the whopper always cold?? Onions rings good. I won't have to have another for 20 years.
