Went for breakfast. Ordered the hotcakes meal and was Informed that I had to eat it with a spoon because they were out of forks.... Wth?? It's literally next to Walmart yet they can't buy forks.. Noisy at the front of store. Read more
Bill waited on me! He was great and friendly & patient with me (while I remembered to use app at last minute) . I had the Mcrib... and free fry ( thanks to app). Mcrib was delicious and brought back many memories of my first Mcrib with my dad when I wasprobably 12ish. I DO NOT WANT THE MCRIB TO DISSAPPEAR!! The Sullivan McDonald's is a great McDonald's to stop at! I suggeststopping here before going to Terre Haute...less busy and many times food is better. Read more
Kind of slow on the inside? I waited for about 10 minutes for someone to answer the front. It is better to use the kiosk to... place an order, but if you are paying cash the wait will be about the same. Frys are not fresh but just reheated from what Ihave seen the last few visits or they need to change their frying oil to new. Place is pretty clean and friendly staff. Read more
It's a typical McDonald's. I went after work around 9:30pm, filled with kids playing around at window or goofing off and of... course get the wrong items in the bag. Pretty much the staple of any McDonald's just average. Read more
Stopped in during a road trip. Workers were nice and the food was brought to our table quickly. Also very clean.

First off the lobby smelled of a dirty diaper. (Needs bleach on the floors) The crew was very loud. When you want a nice, quiet... breakfast, it's a little off putting. There was a group of locals hanging around in and out of the restaurant. (they knew a fewof the girls working) Not good for business. Last but not least, I went to the restroom and the roll of toilet paper was ON THEFLOOR. With all the employees they had there, somebody could have took the time to put it in it's proper dispenser. Honestly, it felt like nobody wanted to serve customers at 10:30, when they were so close to closing (11). They said their ice... cream machine didn't work (seems like they had cleaned it for the day and lied about it), and the cheeseburger was cold. Theatmosphere was very unwelcoming! Burger King across the road will our choice the next time. Read more
