This subway has the slowest drive thru I have ever been through. No one inside and I'm the only person in the drive. Not... customer oriented. This will be last trip for me. I'm very sure I'm not the only one that feels this way. Read more
Slow morion today. Also, if your gonna have 1 person out of 6 people run the register, you probably should make sure they can do... math, wait until the customer the customer is done giving you money then put in the register so the fancy calculator can to themath for them. Read more
Best subway that I've ever been to. Clean but the staff were the best tbh.
This is the 3rd time it was wrong and 1/2 missing. When u call to let them know they are rude and scream at you. I was just told... the manager would be calling me so we will see. However we order a specific way due to food allergies and the things we orderedhad extra on it but none was written on ticket They male it the way they want. While our sandwiches were good, there seems to be an operational issue. My father, who is in his late 70s, and I waited more... than ten minutes to get waited on. There was one customer ahead of us - another couple had already walked out. The staff wasmore concerned with making call ahead orders than taking care of the customers in the restaurant. If Subway corporate wishes tostress internet orders over customer service, that's fine. Just remove the tables and chairs from your locations are only takethose orders you deem important. This is a community with an older demographic, and forcing people to wait in line while beingignored is simply unacceptable. I do not blame the staff - they were doing their best under the circumstances - but rather thepolicy which obviously favors one type of customer over another. EDIT: As of 20 December 2020, appears to be closed for unknownreason. There is a sign indicating that they were closed until 18 December, but two days later they were still closed. Read more
Clean, friendly staff. Good food very fresh.
Quality and service has gone way down hill in the last 2 months. Had to stop them twice from boxing up the pizza to get toppings... on it. Made me feel like i was too much trouble. Don't like this location anymore. Rude people. Didn't look very appetizing ortaste too good either. Read more
Their hours say till 10:00PM but we got there just a few minutes past 9pm and doors were locked and the girl sweeping the floor... just looked at us. Will just go else where since they cant be bothered to do their job or stay opened till closing time. Read more
