These crooks gave themselves a dollar tip after I paid. My expense report came back and it dose not match the receipt. Period.... The transaction was on 08/14/2022 at 3:25PM. Jedidiah took my order. I have always loved Jimmy John's and was super excited to have them build close to my home in Sullivan. They are fast and... friendly, as expected. Today there'was a glitch on my app that somehow doubled my order and I didn't notice it until theyarrived with double the food. I felt so bad sending it back and asking for an adjustment, but it was just me eating today andthey were extremely gracious and understanding. So happy to keep giving them my business! Thank you!
