Day time is ok but at night dont expect great service at the truckstop or the dennys! The truckstop part was clean but staff... seemed burnt out and the dennys was a total waste of time! Watched 7 people walk out and i personally was one of them....ipersonally sat for 25 minutes waiting to be acknowledged the staff in dennys was just plain sad!.....Good for fuel and a hotshower and good parking for truckdrivers........ Absolutely phenomenal customer service! Had to stop on our 8.5 hour car ride and got some great food from great folks! Clean... bathrooms and tons of shopping options too! Read more
The bathroom was clean but there was just one cashier so the line was super long.
Bathrooms are clean but the selection of food leaves much to be desired. There was a hot section for pizza and chicken, etc but... no premade sandwiches and the fruit wasn?t great. Very little healthy choices. A Denny?s is attached but we didn?t want a sitdown meal. Read more
This Flying J is so much nicer than most of the stops out there.
When paying at the pump my credit card was charged for the gas I bought and then separately was charged $151.00!! After a... conversation with the attendants inside they explained it was a temporary hold that should fall off within a few hours and theonly way to avoid it is to pay inside. Temp holds at gas stations are pretty standard, but I'd never seen one for that much.Otherwise, it's a nice, clean place right off the interstate with friendly staff. If you?re on your way to or from Uranus, looking to get some of that famous packed fudge, Big J is a convenient spot to gas up,... grab a cuppa or maybe some 5AM chicken wings for your gullet. You can sleep in the parking lot or you can brush your teeth inthe restroom. Heck, you can even take a sink shower if you?re feeling up to it like that one fella. Half & half machine wasfresh out even though the staff were right there tidying up there area. Read more
