I am a Subway fanatic! Been eating at Subway almost since they started! Some are better than others, but all are good. The one... on this visit gets a high rating. The one thing I can complain about with all Subway stores is how stingy they are with theSPINACH! TERRIBLE!!!! They like to put that junkie iceberg lettuce on the sandwiches! Online ordered a sandwich, yes, I did ask for extra mayo on my sandwich but this is ridiculous, this seemed vindictive. When I... called to get it fixed the phone sounded like it went to a fax number and then when I called again it was "busy." when I wentin, with my full sandwich, not even a bite taken out, asking for them to remake it she said, "if you have the receipt I canremake it for you." I literally picked this sandwich up, took it home (5 minutes away) opened it up and drove back up thereimmediately. She acted like she was not willing to remake it for me, when they literally just asked me to sign for it to takehome the first time. I went to pull my online receipt up and she decided she couldn't get around it anymore and said she couldgo ahead and make it...the other girl also came back and asked me what was wrong with it and I told her that when I asked forextra mayonnaise on it, I didn't mean on the outside of my sandwich...I COULD NOT EVEN PICK THIS SANDWICH UP WITHOUT MAKING ACOMPLETE MESS OF EVERYTHING! Ordered online several times from them, and both times messed up my order. First time, my sandwhich was awful messy and sauce... running everywhere, and they messed me out of my four cookies I ordered and never got. And the second time they gave me thewrong sauce. Both sandwiches got tossed in the trash. This location is not the best on service or quality. I messaged themtwice, both times this happened. Never got my cookies and never even offered a partial refund or even coupons. At least littleceasers in town gave my client a coupon when they messed up her pizza. We travel through Sullivan 20+ times a year and need lunch. We are usually towing our boat, so drive through is out of the... question. We were so glad to find a lunch place that we could actually go into and eat! The Subway we used to go to was alwaysout of something we wanted so had quit going to it. We loved our sandwiches and you had everything we wanted! Read more
The tables were pretty dirty for as slow as this place was and the employees were not the friendliest they seem like they really... dont like there job! Read more
Polite, made my sandwiches just how we wanted them, they taste great. Clean and great lighting. Not too light but definitely... not dark. Great experience. Good hygiene as well. Read more
31 dollars and didn't even put meat on my sandwich. I ordered delivery will never do that again. Id be embarrassed to work with... whoever was so lazy they couldn't do better than this. Read more
