Some of the best pizza I've had outside of ther New York/ New Jersey area. I grew up close to new York city and had some really... great thin crust pizza over the years. I continue to have very high pizza standards, and this place was right on the mark. Theircrust, sauce and cheese was top notch perfect. My wife got the Chicago style, and it was excellent as well. We are visiting fromout of town, and we have been here twice in 4 days. The staff was great both times, and I had a great discussion with one of thechefs about their water filtration process to make sure they get that wonderful crust. Picked this place at random whilst out wandering around the island. We ordered a pizza with peppers, peperoni, nothing special,... with the New York crust- thin and slightly crispy. It was the best pizza I've ever had! It had just the right amount ofcrispness to the crust with a slightly smokey flavor. Place was not busy, yet. Tourist season is in its early stages, so servicewas quick and attentive. That is likely to change quickly. I liked the food. I will go back after all those tourists covered inoil leave. Read more
