Big wide truck parking lot. Lots of paid parking but lots of easy-in/out free parking too. Coffee was hot. Plenty of diesel... lanes, though my satellite pump didn't work. Easy access to 71. No substantive complaints. Read more
This is the halfway point between my home and my family's home and I've made this my designated rest stop. The store is so clean... and sells all kinds of things, some useful and some just for fun. Bathrooms are clean, there are showers and laundry. There's somuch food. The attached McDonalds is always clean and fast. Everyone is friendly. Read more
The Young girl with brown hair and tattoos on her arms was Very very customer experience focused because that girl working the... restaurant section was one of the most helpful and genuine Service employees I have interacted with in as long as I canremember. Enough so I made a point to leave every review, I hope her attitude and candor are noticed and appreciated because shewent above and beyond. I accidentally ordered the wrong item,and she Refused to allow me to just accept the sandwich and remadeit for me, and was very sociable and walked me and my purchases out to my car, so I would not have to make two trips. Store is going through a remodel so I?m going some Grace in this review? Walked in with 3 employees standing around - no one... greeted me or even recognized my existence. Shelves were very dusty/dirty. I understand there?s a remodel and there?s extradust but 3 people standing around with a displace case right in front of them covered in dust makes you wonder what other partsof the store are being ignored?. Love this place. Stop here on the way out of town. very clean and huge selection of food and other items needed to travel.... Employees are very professional and friendly. The bathrooms were very pretty with the décor and clean. There's a Subway insidealso they provide showers and other hot foods as well. Read more
Pilot has been our favorite for about 5 months now because of the ease of use with they're point system and the shower power... feature available to trucks that purchase over 1000 gallons diesel a month. The staff is always pleasant and even though notevery location provides the same amenities or parking spaces pilot is consistently run well. Read more
Walked in at 5:30 am so it was no reason i shouldn?t have been greeted with a Goodmorning or ANYTHING. All that was said to ME... was ?SIGN SIGN?.. & SWIPE? but here comes a white guy behind me walks in & her WHOLE mood changed & it was instantly?GOODMORNING HOW ARE YOU?
